Memories...they come in all shapes and sizes. For the Lincoln Lodge, the memories cross generations. As far back as the early 1950's some remember business conventions as the majestic motor lodge offered a first-of-it’s-kind suburban motel with indoor pool and on-site golfing. During the 1960's and 1970's the Lincoln Lodge is a mainstay of memories that once offered a seafood buffet, blueberry fritters and a stone hearth gracing the dining room.

In February 2005 the Lincoln Lodge began it’s 9th year of re-marking time, fingerprinting a new set of memories. What was once the pride of Columbus has now been renovated, recycled and resurrected into our landmark retirement community.

The made-over building provides senior housing with three meals, housekeeping, security, transportation and recreational programs. Private apartments compliment a service oriented building and lifestyle for socialization. Scheduled programs of recreation and entertainment include crafts, bingo, exercise and dance. Sunday church services and a weekly bible study support the spiritual part of life. For the senior population, socialization is an important ingredient in measuring the quality of life.

Lincoln Lodge, the name that stirs those special cobweb memories, is claiming new ground and again is poised to inspire new memories. The New Lincoln Lodge Retirement Residence, our Westland retirement community.
